Oct 24, 2007 1. I welcome people of all political factions, religions, and ethnicities. 2. I will not tolerate phrases such as "you're wrong", "you're stupid", or "you're insane" in my blog comments. I do not necessarily say this about blog comments to me alone, but in reply to other posters, when quoting their previous comments, these phrases will not be acceptable. 3. If you have a quarrel or an issue with somebody else who has commented on my blogs, or somebody else on my contacts list, please take it up with them, off of my page. 4. If you have a quarrel or an issue with me personally, please take it up with me, via PM. I would much rather try to work out a solution in private, than have our personal problem in public. 5. I am looking for opinions when I bring up topics or questions in my blog. Though I do respect debates, I am certainly not looking for an altercation. Please be respectful of others' opinions and simply state your side- do not attack their views, or they themselves, personally. 6. If you think you are reading someone's words in a certain tone, and it makes you want to retaliate, please ask first what was intended before unleashing a reply you may regret later. Remember that typed words on a screen can be read in many different ways, and people may leave out punctuation in their thoughts accidentally. In many cases, punctuation helps one to figure out the tone, but it is not the case every time.
